ReplyDeleteNan - that is great! I saw that you are starting with the energy patches. Mom is really feeling good on her protocol using the energy patches. I think you will like them.
Sandra - those are great questions. 1) yes, the maqui juice was the only nutrition I had for 2 days. I was so excited that I had the energy to walk my dogs at the end of the day...I don't always have motivation for that.
2) I will post the nutrition label for you in my next post. I don't think it is appropriate for diabetics, darn it! But, you can check it out. I am not well versed in the different diet needs for diabetics. I think that is hard to create a detox with all of the fruits. I know that Mercola has a great shake for Diabetics that cuts back your calories and helps to nourish your cells. Doesn't have the full detox effect (not quick like a detox).
